1. Returns Eligibility  
We only accept returns in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

2. No Return Conditions  
We do not accept returns for:

- Minor differences in product appearance  
- Improper usage of product  

3. Return Request Time  
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/photos).

4. Replacement Policy  
If your product is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Refund Policy  
Refunds are only processed if replacement is not available.  
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Important Note  
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or defect.
